Working with kids and teens is the heart of my work. It’s where I feel most naturally at home. Before private practice, I spent years in community mental health supporting young people from all different backgrounds, schools, and family structures across Los Angeles. I’ve seen firsthand how complex childhood and adolescence can be and how much strength kids carry, even when they’re struggling.
My goal is simple: to help kids and teens feel understood, supported, and empowered; while giving families clarity and tools to better navigate challenges together.
In therapy, I meet young people where they are. With younger kids, that might look like play, stories, or creative expression. With teens, it often becomes an honest, judgment-free space to talk about anxiety, identity, friendships, school pressure, family dynamics, or the things they don’t feel comfortable saying anywhere else. My style is warm, relatable, and structured. Kids feel safe with me, but they also know I’m someone who gets it and will actually help.
I partner closely with caregivers when needed, offering insight and practical tools that can make life at home feel more connected and manageable. My goal is to support the child while strengthening the whole system around them.

We can begin with a short consultation so you can share what’s been going on and get a sense of my approach. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule an intake and start building a plan that supports your child and your family.
