Families are complicated: loving, stressful, messy, and beautiful all at once. My work in community mental health gave me the opportunity to meet families in all types of circumstances: conflict, transition, cultural tension, misunderstanding, grief, and everything in between. That background shapes the way I support families now.
My role is to help everyone understand what’s underneath the surface: the emotions, patterns, expectations, and communication styles that shape daily life.
I stay calm, grounded, and balanced, even when conversations get tense, so families feel safe enough to be honest and open. Whether you’re going through a major transition or dealing with long-standing challenges, family therapy creates space for each member to feel heard and for the family to start moving forward together.

We’ll begin with a consultation to talk about what’s happening at home and what each person is hoping for. From there, we’ll decide who should attend the first session and outline a plan that supports the entire family.
