My work with adults is rooted in the same values that guide my work with youth: honesty, warmth, structure, and real connection. As someone born and raised in Los Angeles, I understand the unique pressures people face here. Living in Los Angeles comes with its own particular weight - the pressure to perform, the cost of everything, the gap between how life looks on the outside and how it feels on the inside. That context is always part of what we bring into the room. Whether it’s family expectations, identity questions, work stress, or the constant feeling of trying to “keep it together” in a fast-paced city.
I show up warm, present, and real, combining compassion with structure so you can make progress at a comfortable pace.
Adults come to me when they’re seeking clarity, trying to break long-standing patterns, navigating anxiety or overwhelm, or wanting to better understand why they feel stuck. My approach blends evidence-based tools (CBT, DBT skills, IPT) with deeper, psychodynamic exploration to uncover the emotional roots beneath your thoughts, habits, and relationships.
I’m not a passive therapist. I’m engaged, thoughtful, and collaborative. My work with adults often feels like a steady conversation; one where you get insight, support, and the space to show up as your full self.

I see adults in person at my Echo Park office, which is accessible from Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, Highland Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. For clients across Los Angeles and throughout California, telehealth makes it easy to meet consistently without the commute.
If you’re thinking about therapy, reach out for a brief consultation. We can talk about what you’re facing and what you’re hoping for, and you can get a feel for whether my approach resonates with you.
